This past weekend, we were {finally} able to find time for our annual fall traditions. Friday night, we spent the entire evening together at home {rare lately} and helped the girls carve their pumpkins. Maddy picked out a silly face from a book {I drew it on the pumpkin for her} and Brook picked out a face that Maddy drew on paper {her daddy drew it on the pumpkin for her}.
This is the first year that Maddy almost cleaned out her entire pumpkin by herself. Amazing.
I love this picture of Brooklyn checking out the inside of the pumpkin. She was very curious about the whole process.
The girls helping each other.
Final results:
Slowly, starting to feel more and more like fall everyday!
