Pumpkin Patch

This morning we met my sister, brother-in-law and niece at a local farm. The girls all loved jumping on haystacks, playing and picking out their pumpkins in the pumpkin patch and running all over the farm looking at animals. And what could be a better end then to finish up by playing on a giant playground! It was a crisp, cool day so we needed light jackets which made it feel even more like fall. It was perfect and we had a fantastic time!

It was also Brooklyn's first pumpkin patch visit. She celebrated by trying to eat everything! While trying to get a good picture of the three girls, she proceeded to eat a pumpkin leaf and then throw up the leaf while the older girls are saying "gross Brooklyn, gross!" Hysterical. This is the stuff memories are made of! She also tried to eat rocks, pieces of corn, hay, etc. It was a full time job to let her explore and at the same time keep her safe!
